Rules for Prize Eligibility
 You must be at least 21 years old. One survey per household. Only fully completed surveys are eligible. Submission is due no later than August 30, 2003. Four winners will be randomly selected. Prizes will be given on or before January 1, 2004. Not valid where prohibited by law.
